The 50% deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel 1 month prior to the retreat start date, we will provide a 100% refund minus non-refundable deposit. If you need to cancel within 1 month from the retreat start, 100% is non-refundable but the 50% deposit can be transferred as credit to any future retreat with Umami Travels, subject to availability.
