The Frequency Scale, Measurement, and Attunement

Everything is energy.

Attuning to higher frequencies is about becoming a match—in your body, thoughts, emotions, and energy—for the realities you want to live. You’re essentially choosing to align with the version of yourself who is already experiencing peace, love, abundance, vitality, or whatever frequency you’re calling in.

What Is the Frequency Scale?

It’s a spectrum of vibrational states ranging from low (dense, heavy) frequencies like shame, fear, and anger, to high (light, expansive) frequencies like love, joy, peace, and enlightenment.

A well-known version of this is David Hawkins’ Map of Consciousness, which assigns numerical values to different states:

StateFrequency (approx.)Quality
Enlightenment700+Pure consciousness
Peace600Bliss, stillness
Joy540Gratitude, radiance
Love500Unconditional love
Reason400Understanding, logic
Acceptance350Trust, openness
Willingness310Empowerment, optimism
Neutrality250Flexibility, detachment
Courage200First level of true power
Below 200Ego-driven, contracting states
Pride175Defensive, self-righteous
Anger150Energy to rise or collapse
Fear100Anxiety, worry
Grief75Loss, sadness
Apathy50Hopelessness
Shame20Deep unworthiness

How Alignment Works:

“Like attracts like.” Your personal frequency acts like a magnet—it attracts circumstances, people, and opportunities that match it.

  • If you’re vibrating at love, joy, or openness, you’ll attract aligned people, synchronicities, and experiences.

  • If you’re caught in fear, doubt, or control, you’ll notice struggle, resistance, or disconnection.

This is not about blame—it’s about awareness. You can consciously shift your frequency to create new outcomes.

How Things Show Up in Your Field:

Your “field” is your energetic space—the subtle realm of what you attract and experience.

Here’s what affects what enters your field:

  • Core beliefs + subconscious programs

  • Emotional state + vibrational set point

  • Clarity of intention (what you’re actually calling in)

  • Embodiment—are you being the version of you who would have that?

  • Actions + boundaries that are aligned with your frequency

When you’re aligned with a frequency (say, peace and prosperity), you start tuning in to the opportunities, people, and timelines that carry that same resonance. It’s less about “efforting” and more about attuning.

Practical Alignment Practices:

  • Somatic work: Let your body feel and process emotions to raise your frequency.

  • Clarity rituals: Journaling, visioning, or meditating on your true desires.

  • Embodiment: Ask, “What version of me already lives this reality? How do they move, speak, choose?”

  • Frequency hygiene: Limit exposure to things, people, or habits that drag you into lower states.

  • Gratitude + joy rituals: These naturally tune your field upward.

Can You Measure Your Frequency?

Not in a numeric way like a thermometer—but you can absolutely track it intuitively by observing:

Signs of Higher Frequency:

  • Emotional neutrality or joy without reason

  • Synchronicities, ease, magnetism

  • Physical lightness or vitality

  • Clear inner knowing

  • Deep presence and self-trust

Signs of Lower Frequency:

  • Feeling heavy, stuck, anxious, resentful

  • Repeating loops or draining relationships

  • Brain fog or disconnection from intuition

  • Reactivity or victimhood states

You can also muscle test, use a pendulum, or simply ask your Higher Self:

“Where am I currently vibrating?”
Then check in with your body—do you feel contraction (lower) or expansion (higher)?

You can create your own daily frequency log with:

  • My current feeling state: ___

  • The main emotion present: ___

  • My energy on a scale of 1–10: ___

  • What raised or lowered it today?

  • What frequency am I choosing tomorrow?

Here’s a layered breakdown of how to attune to higher frequencies:

1. Clarity of Frequency

You have to know what frequency you’re tuning into.

Ask yourself:

  • What is the felt sense of the reality I desire? (Is it trust? Joy? Sovereignty? Stillness?)

  • What does that version of me feel like? What do I believe when I’m in that state?

Choose one frequency at a time and let that become your compass for the day or week.

2. Embodiment

Frequency isn’t an idea—it’s a felt experience.

Ways to embody:

  • Movement: Let your body express that frequency. Dance, stretch, walk like your future self.

  • Voice: Speak from that place. Affirmations are more powerful when your voice and posture carry the energy behind them.

  • Breath: Breathe into your womb, heart, or belly while saying: “I attune to the frequency of ____.”

3. Emotional Alchemy

You don’t bypass lower emotions—you transmute them.

  • Meet shame, fear, anger, or grief with tenderness.

  • Allow the emotion to fully move through the body—cry, journal, punch a pillow, shake, or speak to it.

  • Once released, ask: What new truth or energy wants to come in now?

Clearing density makes space for higher frequency to land.

4. Environment + Inputs

Everything around you either supports or disrupts your frequency.

  • Declutter: Your physical and digital spaces.

  • Protect your field: Say no to conversations, media, or environments that pull you out of alignment.

  • Be with people who hold the frequency you’re calling in. Even through content or community.

5. Create Resonance Through Ritual

Anchor the new frequency in your daily life:

  • Morning frequency attunement: Set your word or emotion for the day and breathe it in.

  • Cacao ceremonies, journaling, prayer, voice activation, sound baths, or nature walks are potent for tuning your field.

  • Ask daily: “What would the version of me who holds this frequency do, say, or choose right now?”

6. Be Willing to Release What’s Misaligned

Higher frequencies often require letting go—of identities, habits, relationships, or patterns that no longer serve.

That can feel like loss at first, but it’s actually spaciousness for your next timeline.

7. Practice Coherence

Heart-brain-body coherence is a magnet for higher frequencies.

Simple method:

  • Close your eyes, breathe into your heart.

  • Think of something you’re deeply grateful for.

  • Feel it fully for 60–90 seconds.

  • Your field is now in harmony with love, and this coherence ripples outward.

Bonus Tip: Tune Like an Instrument

Think of yourself like a tuning fork. You’re not trying to reach the frequency—you’re letting yourself resonate with it by clearing what’s in the way, then gently allowing it to harmonize through you.
