About Victoria Chemko
A 24-year operator, Victoria has spent her career at the leading edge of the future of work, and has sat everywhere her clients do. She started as employee #6 at Elastic Path, where she built the early team, hiring 40+ people as it scaled to 170, and served on the management team running operations. From there, she spent 14 years building and operating Umami Marketing Inc., a B2B digital marketing and growth strategy firm serving clients from $5M to $50M in revenue across North America, Europe, and Asia. She is also consulting at a boutique global management consulting firm advising top companies across industries on strategic AI integration.
These experiences of observing and overcoming common challenges drove Victoria to build the Four S Framework (Signal, State, Structure, Support), which she uses to guide clients toward holistic, sustainable optimization. A practitioner of somatic energy work, Victoria trained with master clinician Dr. John Amaral to identify and create systems that eliminate bottlenecks and blockages in leaders and organizations.
Victoria was raised on a farm in Northern British Columbia. She is half Thai and half Ukrainian, and has lived and traveled around the world, at 45 countries and counting.
Victoria’s Work
Victoria is the founder of Umami Journeys, a consultancy guiding high performers on how to move at AI speed without fragmenting the humans steering the ship. Through her Four S Framework, she advises companies on questions like:
- How to implement AI tools that actually create value
- The most common mistakes companies make with AI tools, and how to avoid them
- How to sustain cadence without team burnout
- What the future of work looks like, and how individuals and teams can prepare
Victoria is based in Manhattan Beach, CA. Currently training and refining her practice directly with Dr. John Amaral and accepting a small number of somatic clients alongside select Executive Clarity Sprint engagements.
