Victoria Chemko is an exited founder, strategist, and embodiment practitioner with 24 years of building businesses across technology, marketing, and experiential design.

After early career experiences in politics and tech startups, she founded Umami Marketing in 2010 — a remote-first digital marketing agency serving B2B tech and software brands globally. She built it, led it for nearly 15 years, and exited.

An explorer at heart, Victoria spent over 15 years traveling the world while building her business — living across 45+ countries and designing a life on her own terms. Since 2018, she has been channeling that experience into deeper work: guiding founders and visionaries through strategic clarity, leadership alignment, and the inner work that makes outer success sustainable.

She is now based in Manhattan Beach, California, where she leads a quieter, rooted life — playing beach volleyball, hosting intimate gatherings, and working with a select group of clients through Umami Journeys.

Victoria works at the intersection of strategy and somatics. She brings executive advisory, pattern recognition, and somatic energy work together into an integrated practice for founders and leaders at inflection points.
